We have lived in Little Silver for many years and have never been to the Marina until this Saturday when we went out to celebrate our anniversary... and it didn’t disappoint! What a gem of a place, definitely get a Florida Keys outdoor space vibe and a Highlands seafood restaurant feel inside... The food was great, for appetizer the clams over white wine sauce was a 10/10. Entrees were the wild boar over fettuccine and a a braised short rib both of which were large portions with remarkable flavor and cooked to perfection. For desert we had the house cooked apple crumb cake under vanilla ice cream...also really really good. Also a freebie the Chef gave us a few house made everything bagels to take home for the morning. Apparently that’s a Saturday night thing they do and definitely was a cherry on top to a great night! Overall we are very pleased and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is on the fence. I’m usually a person who will be hesitant to go to a restaurant that has less than 4.5 stars on google reviews but we decided to try it based on a close friend’s recommendation. The Marina deserves at least 4.5 stars in my opinion. One thing i think they could improve is the outside parking area could be neater and better landscaped but that’s a small deduction as they might not even be responsible for that area in their lease.

The Marina at Oceanport is one of the best restaurants, not only in Monmouth County, but the State of New Jersey. Chef Sam does it again as usual where he and Kimberly just know how to bring incredible taste, value, service, and ambiance to one’s dining experience. The only bad thing about eating here is; that it makes everywhere else just sucks. The quality, portion, value, and love you receive into each cocktail and dish is what we deserve and expect as diners. Thank you to you and your team for providing real value where everywhere else continuously seems to miss the boat. It’s offensive eating out nowadays, and no matter where around the country I am it’s the same disappointment, however The Marina At Oceanport always comes through. Here you’ll see one of my favorite go to’s: Sam’s White Negroni, a bottle of Acqua Panna Water and the Fried Calamari Salad, never lets me down! Keep up the amazing work and thank you for your dedication and sacrifices in an industry that requires so much of you and your precious time.

Hidden gem! Order the corned beef Reuben, which the chef came out to let us know was slow cooked for 24 hrs. Great service/wait staff; great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I'm eagerly anticipating my return. While we've enjoyed dining at many restaurants in NYC, this particular place stands out for its genuine love and passion, which is truly special. The food and service are spectacular, and the outdoor dining experience is beautiful.

We love Riverside Marina! Great food and atmosphere. We started our meal with the Bacon Steak Bites and Lobster Bisque. For our entree, we both had the Connecticut Lobster Roll and we were not disappointed. We look forward to coming back!

What we’ve been waiting for!!! The Marina at Oceanport Restaurant is now run by owners of Sprig in West Long Branch - Chef Sam and Kimberley. This is a complete 180 from all former restaurants at this location!! An amazing eccletic Italian menu- Sam’s flavors on every plate never disappoint!! His many trips to Italy is no surprise. The moment you walk in you are treated as a part of the family by the entire staff. We have now been here a number of times with delicious consistent farm to table quality not to mention fantastic cocktails by Kimberley! Some of our favorite appetizers are tuna tartare w homemade wontons, the meatball, and the mushroom risotto cake - all delicious!!! Other Favorite entrees are fresh Sole, Bone in pork chop Milanaise -so incredibly tender!! and His Bolognese, Penne Vodka w chicken and Amatriciana is out of this world!! If you can fit dessert definitely give it a try! What’s great is that there are many appetizer options if you’re looking to just have drinks at the indoor bar along with a smaller bar menu. Full menu is also available at the bar. Of course there are fantastic views overlooking the marina!! Was also very surprised at all the additional table seating indoors. This is definitely one of our new favorite local Go To’s !!

We decided to try this place tonight for their Tuesday night special. We were so pleased. The place was much different than I had imagined. It had the taste and feel of a high end NYC restaurant including the music playing softly in the background. Our appetizers, octopus and crab cakes, were delicious. My scallop dinner was truly the best scallops I have ever eaten and my husband really liked his duck. After dinner we had delicious desserts. The food was plated beautifully. All the staff and owners were very pleasant and accommodating. We will be back and all of this is only 10 minutes from our home. You need to give the Marina in Oceanport a try. You won't be disappointed.
